The Shepard Garden and Arts Center Board is considering new management. There will be a Board Meeting Monday, February 3, 2020, 7:00PM at The Shepard Garden and Arts Center to discuss options. The Friends of East Sacramento (guided by Cecily Hastings—Inside Publications) will address the Board to answer questions about possibly managing the Shepard. If you are interested in the future of the center, mark your calendars.
