Proposed Zoning and Building Height Changes to East Sac and the Alhambra Corridor: October 14 ESP Meeting

October 14 ESP Meeting: Proposed Changes to the Alhambra Corridor

How could proposed zoning changes along Alhambra Boulevard affect our neighborhood? East Sacramento Preservation’s October 14 meeting will be devoted to this important discussion, with Friends of Save East Sac and staff from the City Planning Department.

According to information shared by Save East Sac, the proposed changes would increase maximum building heights in much of the Alhambra Corridor Special Planning District. Proposed limits range from 35 to 85 feet on the east side of Alhambra Boulevard and from 85 to 185 feet on the west side, depending on the location.

Join us to learn more about the proposals, ask questions, and share your thoughts about building decisions that could shape the neighborhood’s future.
