Important Homeless/Parks City Neighborhood Meeting With Steve Hansen
The meeting is open to all and will take place at Hart Senior Center in Marshall Park on November 19 at 5:30 pm.
Please attend this important meeting about the Parks in our District and Sacramento Steps Forward’s action plan re: homelessness. Also, below the notice is an information sheet from the City of Sacramento regarding homelessness.
Central City Parks & Safety Meeting
In 2014, Council Member Hansen commissioned a needs assessment of our parks system to help us prioritize resources. The assessment is complete and we would like to share our findings for our Central City parks. Your feedback is essential as we move from assessing the big picture to addressing neighborhood needs.
Also on the agenda, Sacramento Steps Forward will present their action plan for addressing homelessness issues, and the Sacramento Police Department will discuss public safety concerns. The meeting is open to all and will take place at Hart Senior Center in Marshall Park on November 19 at 5:30 pm.
For more information, please call the District 4 office at 916.808.7004
