• The Board shared that ESP began a formal preservation effort one year ago by hiring a well-known historic consultant to complete the nomination for the El Dorado School to the National Park Service for federal historic recognition.
• This nomination was expected to be heard by SHPO last Friday; however, it was not placed on the agenda.
• Will Green contacted Amy Crain at SHPO to inquire about the status of the petition. Amy is currently out of the office until next week.
• Shannon expressed strong interest in preserving the historic portion of the school and maintaining its architectural presence in the neighborhood. She is coordinating with other neighbors and plans to organize an effort to gather information and communicate the community’s position to decision-makers.

• Nugget Market will provide the catered food. Items will be picked up by volunteers, as delivery is not available.
