East Sacramento Preservation Board Member Changes
East Sacramento Preservation bids a fond farewell to long term board member Nancy Lipps. Nancy served more than four years on the board and helped form the mission of ESP.
We welcome on board Former Sacramento City Council Member Terry Kastanis. We look forward to his experience and input.
