What Could Sacramento’s Proposed Zoning Changes Mean for Your Block?

Join the conversation about the East Sacramento Neighborhood’s Future

How tall could new construction next door be—and how many accessory dwelling units (ADUs) could a property have? Neighbors are invited to discuss these questions with representatives of the City of Sacramento Planning Department on October 14.

The meeting will focus on proposed zoning revisions associated with Sacramento’s 2040 Plan, including a system based on floor area ratio (FAR). The discussion offers an opportunity to better understand the proposals, ask how they could affect East Sacramento, and share neighborhood concerns.
