This year, East Sacramento Preservation proudly awards scholarships to three outstanding students who show empathy, serve their community, and value both the arts and academics.
Nayeli Villanueva Andrade
Nayeli volunteers with multiple community organizations and plans to earn a degree in Business and Marketing at California State University, Sacramento.
Isabella Damron
Isabella supports the homeless, teaches art, and works with elderly individuals. She will pursue a nursing degree at CSUS and become a Registered Nurse.
Owen Wilber
Owen leads a nonprofit that gives bikes to at-risk teens, helps young swimmers at meets, and supports children whose parents face cancer. He plans to study Industrial Engineering at Cal Poly.
