Craig Powell, the president of Eye on Sacramento, a local government watchdog and policy research organization that scrutinizes local government and offers detailed policy solutions for difficult local government problems in Sacramento, will be the guest. Topic: Measure U Meeting is at McClaskey Adult Center –  5241 J St, Sacramento, CA 95819. There is plenty of parking in the school’s lot on 53rd Street.
