The Shepard Garden and Art Center is hosting its annual Art, Craft and Plant Sale the weekend of March 24 –25, 10 a.m. – 4p.m.
The annual Art Craft and Plant Sale is an opportunity to experience Sacramento’s unique and diverse horticulture community. This year’s event will have over 40 plant, art, craft and floral design clubs and vendors. All plant sales benefit local horticulture clubs including: African violet, bonsai, perennial, orchids and more. Unique crafts and artifacts are also featured. The annual event takes place at the Shepard Garden and Art Center, 3330 McKinley Blvd, which is located in the East end of McKinley Park.
Located within historic McKinley Park, the Shepard Garden and Arts Center provides a meeting place for clubs whose main focus is in horticulture, flower arranging, conservation, history, antiques and the arts, including painting, photography, ceramics, weaving, and other related arts and crafts.
