Martín enjoyed a long career with CalEPA and the State Water Resources Control Board. He now works at Talini’s Nursery in East Sacramento. Bilingual and bicultural, Martín emigrated from Baja California, Mexico, and earned his B.A. from California State University, Sacramento. He is an active volunteer deeply involved in many aspects of the East Sacramento community.
