The City of Sacramento has a Water Wise program! A city employee will visit your home and do an evaluation of your water usage and make recommendations about water conservation. Residents are eligible to have this Water Wise House Call twice a year. You may find this program of use and it’s free. (You also get a few small thank you gifts.)
